At Clip ‘n Climb, our growth is built on relationships, innovation, and a commitment to bringing active entertainment experiences to communities around the world. Recently, our New Zealand-based Sales & Client Account Manager, Fernando, had the opportunity to spend time travelling across North America. The trip consisted of connecting with industry partners, exploring new opportunities, and supporting current and future Clip ‘n Climb projects.
From Toronto to Edmonton, Muskoka and Los Angeles, the trip highlighted the incredible momentum behind active leisure and reinforced the importance of meeting people face-to-face.
Starting in Canada, Fernando visited multi-activity centre, The Bubble, which has a Clip ‘n Climb installation scheduled for later in the year. The Bubble currently has two sites in Canada; Vaughan and Toronto. Both are home to an inflatable park, arcade, laser tag and net course, and at the Toronto site there will soon be an exciting new Clip ‘n Climb featuring 12 vibrant climbing challenges. Fernando had a valuable meet with owner of The Bubble and his team to discuss trends in the active entertainment space; a conversation which provided fresh perspectives on facility design, customer experience, and achieving operational excellence.

Canada also provided an opportunity to review promising potential Clip ‘n Climb locations on behalf of one of our London-based clients. As we continue expanding globally, identifying the right sites remains a critical part of delivering successful projects for our customers.
The next stage involved a road trip to Muskoka, one of Ontario’s most scenic regions with stunning lake views.
While there, Fernando visited Muskoka Woods Christian Camp where he met with the Director of Schools & Retreats and his team to discuss how a Clip ‘n Climb attraction would complement the existing visitor experience which offers a mix of activities such as water sports, racket sports and ball sports. We look forward to developing this conversation over the coming months.

The final stop was Los Angeles, reached via Vancouver with spectacular views of the snow-covered Rocky Mountains along the way.
In LA, Fernando met with the Sender One owners. Sender One is a traditional climbing centre first and foremost, but they also offer yoga and fitness classes. They have 7 sites, 5 of which have a Clip ‘n Climb installation. They have named the complete climbing concept of both a traditional and fun climbing offering “Sender City”; where anyone of any age or ability can come and enjoy a climb. The meeting demonstrated how strong relationships can continue to evolve, with new and innovative opportunities on the horizon

“Trips like this are a reminder that while technology enables us to stay connected globally, there is still no substitute for meeting people in person, walking potential sites, and experiencing facilities firsthand.
Across every city visited, one theme remained consistent: a growing appetite for high-quality active entertainment experiences that bring people together, encourage movement, and create lasting memories.
What excites me most is seeing the passion of the people behind these projects. Whether it is an entrepreneur bringing a new concept to their community, an established operator looking to expand, or an organisation creating opportunities for children and families, every project has the potential to make a meaningful impact.
For Clip ‘n Climb, that represents an exciting future. We are not simply building climbing attractions, we are helping create places where children gain confidence, families connect, friendships are formed, and personal achievements are celebrated. Whether supporting existing operators, developing new locations, or collaborating on innovative projects, we remain committed to helping our customers succeed and create memorable experiences that inspire people.”
