Meet Stephan, EMEA Sales Director for Fun Spot EMEA. We asked him questions to help you understand his job when supporting investors choosing Fun Spot products.

Introduce yourself and for how long you have been working for Fun Spot and Clip ‘n Climb. Walk us through the step-by-step process that you went through to get to where you are today.

I have worked for more than 10 years as an operator, initially in climbing centers and then in the development of leisure faculties for commercial center. In total I have lead the opening and management of 11 centers, so instigating and leading the Fun Spot Europe and Middle East team was a logical evolution for me.

 

What is your favourite part of your job?

When I feel I can help an investor develop his or her concept through, listening and identifying the needs, the market and then feeling we have the right concept to present.

 

How would you describe the Fun Spot and Clip ‘n Climb experience for our centre owners and operators? How do you support your customers all along the sales and installing process?

When each new facility opens, my focus, based on my 10 years of operation experience, is centered upon giving the operator as much advice and direction as I can.
